Kaley Cuoco eats every 2 hours or she’ll ‘start to break down’
Mondays can be tough, but Kaley Cuoco is trying her best to start the week off on the right foot.
“We’re really trying to make it better on Monday,” his coach Ryan Sorensen previously told Shape, adding that he has a “never miss a Monday” attitude.
Cuoco has always led an active lifestyle, but the 38-year-old has gotten more dedicated to her exercise routine as she’s gotten older.
“The bottom line is, you know, I’m not 21,” she previously told Women’s Health. “It was easy, I didn’t need to do so much. Now, (exercise is) part of my day.”
Like the rest of us, the actress has days when she doesn’t feel motivated. In those moments, he reminds himself that “it’s just an hour in my day.”

Staying active is a priority for Cuoco, and Sorensen says her client gets about 10,000 steps a day.

I am a proud yogi
Cuoco called yoga the “secret” to her beautiful body in 2016 while chatting with ET.
“Yoga is the reason why I am (looking good). It has done everything, mentally and physically. I love it,” he said.
The star loves hot yoga, as she told Women’s Life. Despite her dedication to fitness, she admitted that she also feels like skipping her workouts at times.
“Do I sometimes want to get up in the morning and do that?” he said. “No. But when I come out, I feel like a million dollars. ”
He remains faithful to the activities he loves the most
Keeping plenty of exercise in your fitness arsenal can keep your body on tiptoe, and Cuoco isn’t afraid to try new exercises. However, he has a tendency to remain faithful in his training activities.
“If I’m a little bored, I’ll switch to SoulCycle, which I also love,” she once told Women’s Health. “It’s all or nothing. I’m hot or cold. It’s not a gray area. So if I do yoga, we do it every day this week…. Then I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I have to change.’
He knows how to exercise don’t do it work for him
Running isn’t for Cuoco, and she’s not to blame for that.
“I tried spinning, I tried running, I tried yoga, I tried Pilates,” she previously told Women’s Health. “I realized that I am don’t do it like running…i refuse to do it. I like to spin, so I try to combine that.”
He changes his practice according to the type of role he is playing
In preparation for Season Two of “The Flight Attendant,” Cuoco upped her fitness game.
“His training regimen consisted of intense full-body circuit training, like cardio, strength training, and a lot of core twice a week,” Sorensen told Shape. “Hot yoga once a week, and a few days a week he rode (a bike), which is a beast of an exercise.”
While training for an acting role in 2022, the actor worked with his trainer six days a week.
“My job is to keep in touch with him, keep him motivated with results-driven goals, and always listen to his body to make sure we’re doing what his body can do with any time,” he said.
He eats every two hours
Cuoco treats herself to horrible things by eating every few hours.
“I learned a few years ago that I should eat every two hours,” she previously told Women’s Health: “I just do that, and I’m not talking about big meals, but I’m starting to crash, especially I’m shooting…I have to have a snack or something to eat because I lose energy quickly.”
Realizing that she used to be “scared of eating,” Cuoco explained that she now knows “the right things to eat.”
“Now I am healthier than before. And I feel better than ever, but I’m also probably eating more than I’ve ever eaten, which is interesting,” he said. “I’m actually eating less, I’m drink more water and less alcohol.
He tries to add fun to his workouts
During the full-body workout, Cuoco and Sorensen do a combination of resistance training as well as conditioning and stability work. The personal trainer told E! News that his client likes using the stability ball but doesn’t like the VersaClimber machine.
To keep Cuoco motivated, Sorensen likes to add fun to her workouts.
“We want to be creative with balancing a ball on our knees and pressing dumbbells, or doing plyometrics on the box or ball slams and throwing the ball,” he said. To keep him interested and having fun because, of course, exercise is not always the most fun, but we seem to be having fun.”
He avoids mindless eating
It’s tempting to turn on the TV and open a bag of chips at the end of a long day, but Cuoco has learned that multitasking isn’t for her.
“I don’t watch TV while eating anymore. I think that’s a big distraction because you’re not thinking about what’s going on … so it’s a lot of attention,” she told Women’s Health.
Speaking to Shape, the star also revealed that she has made a conscious change to her diet after marrying former tennis pro husband Ryan Sweeting.
“We got into this habit we called bedtime snacking. The bedside tables were full of candy. Eventually, I realized it was mindless eating,” according to Us Weekly. it, and it added hundreds of calories that I didn’t even think about.
She’s ready for a HIIT postpartum workout
After giving birth to her daughter Matilda, Cuoco switched to a 25-minute high-intensity workout to get back into her fitness routine.
“Getting that lean is really good for your muscles, and for your circulation,” he once told TODAY.com. “And I’m going to go backwards, which is amazing for your walls and legs. It works very well. ”
Cuoco’s HIIT consisted of 10-second intervals consisting of 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest. At the beginning of the exercise, the star started with a speed of 1% and a speed of 6.4. With each cycle, he increased power by 1% for inline and 0.2 for speed.
He tried working out with no hands after suffering from Carpal tunnel syndrome
Who knew holding a child too much could lead to carpal tunnel syndrome? As Cuoco explained in a video posted to Sorensen’s Instagram channel, that’s what happened to her after the birth of her baby girl.
As a result, the two switched gears to focus more on lower body and core exercises to give the new mom time to recover. In the video, Cuoco does a lot of movement, including step exercises, and includes resistance bands and an exercise ball.
She allows herself one cheat day a week
Life is about balance, and Cuoco lets loose with her diet every once in a while.
“I have to have a cheat day,” she told Shape, per Us Weekly. “I know if I’m healthy all week next Sunday, I’ll lie by the pool, drink, eat pizza.” Then I wake up on Monday morning and I’m ready to start the week all over again. I will always be in a bad mood if there is no light at the end of the tunnel.”
He has a healthy, balanced diet
Cuoco told Women’s Health that she usually starts her morning with peanut butter on toast, followed by something lighter for lunch, like half a sandwich or tuna with a salad or a wrap.
For snacks, Cuoco said she likes to nosh on Luna Bars, rice cake, pears, an apple with peanut butter and smoothies.
“I like a smoothie,” he said. I think it’s a great way to get good food in there, and it’s very easy.
During dinner, the star usually chooses something healthy like fish and vegetables.
